PART-I 

1. Interpretation of Terms and conditions

1.1 HGT stands for High Gate Technologies. The terms and conditions apply to users of High Gate Technologies website and any other transactions made in the store operated by High Gate Technologies S.L. The domain name of hgtonline.es are the sole property of High Gate Technologies.

1.2 The terms and conditions govern your use of the website and the services in the store including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.3 If you make transactions on the website or in store, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. You will be subject to the policies that are applicable to the website and store for these types of transactions.

2. Product warranty

2.1 HGT offers a 6-month standard warranty period on all devices online and in stores. Some products come with warranties more than 6 months. The length of the warranty period is mentioned on each product.

2.2 HGT has no responsibility for the loss of your data, please make sure to delete your data before making use of the guarantee or returning the device.

3. Return Policy

3.1 HGT will only accept returned products that are:

1.    In the same condition that it was sold.
2.    Accompanied by valid proof of purchase of the Products.
3.    Products returned to HGT must contain all items that were included when the product was purchased

3.2 All returned Products must be tested and the fault verified before a return, repair or replacement can be issued.

4. Description of the Products

4.1 All Products are pre-owned unless specifically stated and all Product descriptions and images are for display purposes and do not represent the final Product.

4.2 Images used on the HGT website or in store are for illustration purposes only. Actual product design may vary from image.

4.3 The price may vary according to the aesthetic condition of the Products and their accessories.
HGT reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4.4 It is imperative that all Apple devices have an iCloud account disabled. It is the responsibility of the Consumer to ensure that the device is free of accounts, passwords or personal information before HGT accepts responsibility.

5. Buy from HGT

5.1 You acknowledge your sole responsibility to ensure that you have the relevant compatible accessories, suitable equipment, software, display devices and relevant machinery which are necessary to safely connect the Products to the mains power supply, mains, batteries and other devices.

5.2 You have 7 days to return the product after purchase. Outside of the 7 day period, HGT reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange of products that are not faulty.

6. Sell to HGT

6.1 HGT reserves the right to refuse the purchase of any Product at its sole discretion. HGT reserves the right to limit the number of purchases at its sole discretion.

6.2 Once you sell your Products to HGT, ownership will pass to HGT.

6.3 It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that any device sold to HGT does not contain any personal information. The Customer will take all necessary steps to erase/delete the data on the device or the additional storage device included in the device.

6.4 If you want to sell or trade products, you can sell/trade in one of our stores.
To sell/trade a valid ID is required and you are at least 16 years old. The following identity documents are considered valid:
•    National Identity Document of Spain (DNI);
•    Foreigner Identity Number (NIE);
•    Official identification (DNI) of the countries of the Schengen Area ;
•    Passport from any country.

6.5 If you are under 16 years of age, you want to sell your products to us and you are in possession of an identity document of those mentioned as valid, you have the possibility of coming to the store with your father/mother/guardian and their identity document, to register your authorization that allow you to carry out this type of transaction.

Note: All documents must be original and current. 

 

 

7. Registration 

7.1 You warrant that:
The personal information that you are required to provide when registering as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

Update your account to reflect any changes to your personal information.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

8. Copyright

8.1 All content included on HGT online website or displayed in the store, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of HGT

9. Age restriction

9.1 The Customer placing orders or making purchases confirms that he/she is of the appropriate age to receive and view the specified certification of the title(s) of the Product he/she ordered or purchased.

9.2 Any Customer ordering or purchasing a Product on behalf of a third party shall ensure that the intended recipient of the order is of the appropriate age to receive and view the specified certification of title(s) he/she has ordered or purchased.

9.3 If you are under 13 years of age, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
HGT and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion or refuse to sell in the store if a parent or guardian is not with you.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 HGT is not responsible for any breach of Act of God, war, strike, lockout, industry action, fire, flood, drought, storm, or any event beyond HGT’s reasonable control.

 

 

PART-II (Online only)

Purchase, sale and exchange of the Products

11. Buy from HGT

Any order placed online shall be deemed to be a binding contract when the order is dispatched by HGT unless HGT cancels the order or the Customer cancels the order. HGT may cancel the order in case the Product is not available in stock, or the Consumer has not made the proper payment. HGT has the right to cancel the order if the Consumer does not meet the eligibility requirements or has violated the Terms of Use.

12. Contract Cancellation: An order may be canceled until it is shipped.

13. Unwanted Products: You have 7 days to return the Product as unwanted. Outside of the 7 day period, HGT reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange of Products that are not faulty.

14. Order Delivery: HGT can only deliver Orders to the billing address or collection address indicated on the bank or credit card account or the Spain registered address of your PayPal account that is used for order delivery. HGT is not responsible for any delivery missed due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by you.

15. Delivery
Delivery is deemed completed when HGT delivers the Product to the Customer.

16. Our Rights
HGT reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time and your continued use of the Website (or any part of the Website) after such change is deemed your acceptance of such change is necessary. If you do not accept any changes to the conditions you must stop using the website immediately.

17. Third Party Links
HGT is not responsible for third party content, whether provided to you by link on the website or otherwise.
